Freezer Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

• 5 12 to 6 c all-purpose flour divided
• 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 pkg dry yeast
• 1 14 c water
• 12 c milk
• 13 c butter
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl combine 2 c flour sugar salt and yeast
2. Stir mixture and set aside
3. In a saucepan combine water milk and butter
4. Heat until butter melts
5. Cool to 120 to 130 Stir in flour mixture and beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes
6. Add 12 c flour and eggs
7. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes
8. Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough
