Freezer Pickles

Ingredients
- 7 c cucumbers sliced thin unpeeled
- 1 c onion
- 1 green pepper if desired
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c vinegar
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp mustard seed
Directions
- Mix together the cucumbers onion pepper and salt in big mixing bowl
- Set aside 2 hours then drain
- Mix together vinegar sugar celery seed and mustard seed in cooking pan bring to boil Set aside
- Let cool
- Pour over cucumbers
- Put in refrigerator 2 or 3 days then freeze in small amounts
