Freezer Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 5 lb plain flour
• 1 can butter or white Crisco shortening
• 12 c sugar
• about 18 c salt optional
• 3 c water

Directions

1. Work first 4 ingredients together in a large mixing pan
2. Add water mix well
3. Make balls of dough about the size of an orange Wrap in aluminum foil then put in plastic Ziploc bags
4. Makes 14 to 16 pie crusts
