French Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust top and bottom
- apples to fill crust
- 34 c sugar and cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 13 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 12 c sour cream
Directions
- Put crust in pie pan and fill with apples
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
- Mix egg sugar lemon juice cream cheese and sour cream
- Mix until smooth
- Pour over sugar and cinnamon apples Put crust on top and bake in a 425 oven for 25 to 30 minutes
