French Bread
Ingredients
- 2 12 c water
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 12 c flour
- sesame seed
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 12 cup warm water
- Add 2 cups water sugar oil salt and flour
- Mix well and let rise 10 minutes in a warm place
- Punch down and stir 5 times at 10 minute intervals On a lightly floured board divide dough into three parts
- Knead lightly
- Roll out oblong
- Roll up and twist wet top
- Put sesame seed on and let rise until double in size
- Bake at 375 for about 25 to 30 minutes
