French Bread Casserole
Ingredients
- 14 to 12 c butter
- 2 large onions sliced thin
- 12 1 lb size loaf French bread
- 6 large tomatoes sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp chopped basil
- 3 c grated Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Saute onions 3 to 4 minutes
- Butter casserole and layer starting with French bread with grated cheese last of layers Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350
