French Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

• 1 c chopped celery
• 1 c chopped onion
• 1 medium head cabbage chopped
• 2 large cans Hunts tomato sauce
• water to cover
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 1 Tbsp salt
• pepper to taste
• 1 c catsup
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions

1. Simmer 1 hourMakes 5 quarts
