French Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Cointreau
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp fresh snipped parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 12 lb fresh or frozen carrots
Directions
- Steam or microwave carrots until tender
- In a small pan heat butter honey Cointreau orange zest and parsley
- Heat until blended
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Arrange carrots on serving dish
- Pour warm sauce over carrots
- Serve at once
