French Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Cointreau
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp fresh snipped parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 12 lb fresh or frozen carrots

Directions

  1. Steam or microwave carrots until tender
  2. In a small pan heat butter honey Cointreau orange zest and parsley
  3. Heat until blended
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Arrange carrots on serving dish
  6. Pour warm sauce over carrots
  7. Serve at once
