French Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts stewed
- 2 c Minute rice
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 12 pt sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 30 crushed Ritz crackers
- 3 Tbsp poppy seed
- 1 stick butter melted
Directions
- Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with rice add broth plus water if needed
- Layer chicken over rice
- Mix soup sour cream and poppy seed
- Pour over chicken
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers
- Pour melted butter over top
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour
