French Chocolate PieServes 6
Ingredients
- 14 lb unsalted butter
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 sq chocolate melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- graham cracker crust
- 12 c whipping cream
- toasted almonds
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla Add one egg at a time beating 3 minutes after each
- Prepare favorite graham cracker crust and bake
- Cool
- Add filling and refrigerate
- When ready to serve cover pie with whipped cream and toasted almonds
