French Cobbler

Ingredients
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1 34 c granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 34 c milk
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Melt butter in medium size baking dish
- Mix flour 1 cup sugar baking powder and milk together
- Pour into baking dish Spoon cherry pie filling over batter
- Sprinkle with remaining 34 cup sugar
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
- Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream
