French Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 can or 1 12 c coconut
Directions
- Mix
- sugar
- and butter
- Beat in eggsAdd vanilla and vinegar
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Bake at 325 one hour
