French Coconut Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1 can or 1 12 c coconut

Directions

1. Mix
2. sugar
3. and butter
4. Beat in eggsAdd vanilla and vinegar
5. Pour into unbaked pie shell
6. Bake at 325 one hour
