French Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread no crust
  • 12 lb sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 12 lb Swiss cheese grated
  • 1 lb bacon fried and crumbled
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c milk
  • 12 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Lay bread in 2 layers in pan Cover each layer with grated cheese sprinkle with bacon
  3. Mix eggs milk and salt together pour over top
  4. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
