French Eggs

Ingredients
- 12 slices bread no crust
- 12 lb sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 12 lb Swiss cheese grated
- 1 lb bacon fried and crumbled
- 6 eggs
- 3 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Lay bread in 2 layers in pan Cover each layer with grated cheese sprinkle with bacon
- Mix eggs milk and salt together pour over top
- Let stand overnight in the refrigerator
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
