French Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 c. French dressing
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Dip fillets in dressing; coat with crumbs.
  2. Place fillets in grease in a 1 1/2-quart utility pan.
  3. Sprinkle paprika, as desired.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Bake for 3 1/2 to 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
