French Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 8 flowerets cooked cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 Tbsp water
- 12 c sifted dry bread crumbs
Directions
- Roll flowerets in flour dip in egg to which water has been added
- Roll in bread crumbs and fry in deep fat
- Bake at 350 until golden brown
- Makes 4 servings
