French Fried Chicken Bites

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 14 c milk
- 1 c cracker crumbs
- vegetable oil
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and set aside
- Combine egg flour and milk stirring until smooth
- Dip chicken in egg mixture Roll in cracker crumbs
- Fry chicken in 1-inch hot oil until brown Drain on paper towel
- Yields about 3 dozen
