1 qt beef broth 1 qt boiling water and 1 bouillon cube
12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
13 c brandy
1 c plain croutons
grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Thinly slice onions and brown in butter
Add broth Worcestershire sauce brandy and a dash of salt and pepper Simmer until onions are tender Serve into oven-safe bowls Sprinkle croutons on top of soup and cover with cheese
Place in oven at 550 until cheese is fully melted and slightly browned Serve hot
