French Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 c milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Heat together in saucepan the milk and butter
- When slightly cooled beat in the eggs flour baking powder and salt beat until smooth
- Melt a little butter in skillet do not burn
- Pour in batter tilt skillet slightly to cover bottom evenly
- Cook for 1 minute
- Loosen with spatula flip and cook other side
- Makes 6 good size French Pancakes
