French Pastries

Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 14 c sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 34 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Press 1 can of crescent rolls into a 13 x 9-inch pan sealing perforations
- Cream 1 cup sugar with cream cheese and vanilla Spread this over dough
- Top with remaining can of dough
- Brush with egg yolk
- Sprinkle with remaining 14 cup of sugar and pecans
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Best when served same day at room temperature
