Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 14 c sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 34 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Press 1 can of crescent rolls into a 13 x 9-inch pan sealing perforations
  2. Cream 1 cup sugar with cream cheese and vanilla Spread this over dough
  3. Top with remaining can of dough
  4. Brush with egg yolk
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 14 cup of sugar and pecans
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  7. Best when served same day at room temperature
