French Pastry Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c Crisco
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 c water
- 1 tsp vinegar
Directions
- Mix flour salt Crisco and sugar until it resembles corn meal
- In small bowl put egg water and vinegar
- Mix well with fork
- Add to flour mixture and mix until well blended then roll out for crusts
- Makes 4 single crusts or 2 double crust pies Freezes well
