French Pork Chops

French Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp real butter
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 3 scallions green onions and tops cut up
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 13 c dry white wine
  • 13 c Dijon mustard
  • 12 c whipping cream unwhipped

Directions

  1. Place pork chops into the butter mixture and saute until brown
  2. Remove the chops from butter and add the following to the butter wine and mustard
  3. Mix all the liquid together and boil about 2 minutes until syrupy then add whipping cream
  4. Boil 2 minutes
  5. Pour over meat on each individual plate and serve with saffron rice with a few baby French peas on top
  6. Garnish with a little chopped tomato placed on top of the meat
