French Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz can onion soup undiluted
- 12 c margarine melted
- 4 12 oz jar sliced mushrooms undrained
- 1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts undrained
- 1 c uncooked regular rice
Directions
- Combine soup and margarine stir well
- Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts reserving liquid
- Add enough water to reserved liquid to equal 1 13 cups
- Add all ingredients and mix well Pour into a lightly greased baking dish
- Cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour
