French Toast
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 13 c milk
Directions
- Beat egg whites with salt add sugar gradually
- Beat until stiff
- Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored add milk Fold yolks in white mixture
- Dip 8 slices of bread in mixture and bake for 8 to 10 minutes
- Turn and bake 5 minutes more
