French Toast

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 12 tsp salt
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 13 c milk

Directions

1. Beat egg whites with salt add sugar gradually
2. Beat until stiff
3. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored add milk Fold yolks in white mixture
4. Dip 8 slices of bread in mixture and bake for 8 to 10 minutes
5. Turn and bake 5 minutes more
