French Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 c light olive oil
- 4 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1 Tbsp each chopped fresh basil tarragon and oregano
- salt and fresh pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients and toss with fresh salad Serve at once
