Fresh And Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 4 c cubed cooked potatoes
• 12 c celery slices
• 14 c chopped green peppers
• 1 Tbsp green onion slices
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 12 c sour cream
• 2 Tbsp milk

Directions

1. Combine potatoes celery green peppers onion and salt mix lightly
2. Combine cream cheese sour cream and milk mixing until well blended
3. Add to potato mixture mix lightly
4. Chill
5. Makes 6 to 8 servings
