Fresh Apple Cake 3
Ingredients
- 1 13 c vegetable oil
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 3 c raw apples
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Blend sugar and eggs add vanilla
- Sift flour soda cinnamon and salt
- Gradually add flour mixture and oil
- Mix well
- Stir in apples and nuts
- Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch or tube pan at 350 for 45 minutes
