Fresh Apple Cake No 2

Ingredients

• 1 13 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 c apples 5 small or 3 large peeled and chopped
• 1 c nuts more or less as desired

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients adding apples and nuts last
2. Mixture will be thick
3. Pour into Bundt pan
4. Bake 1 hour at 350
5. Powdered sugar glaze is optional
