Fresh Apple Cake With Caramel Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 c cooking oil
• 2 c sugar
• 3 c plain flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
• 2 tsp vanilla or 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 3 c fresh peeled apples chopped

Directions

1. Combine cooking oil and sugar
2. Add well beaten eggs and vanilla or cinnamon
3. Measure and sift together the flour salt and soda
4. Add dry ingredients to first mixture
5. Stir in apples and nuts combine thoroughly
6. Pour into tube or loaf pan bake at 350
