Fresh Apple Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 c fresh apples grated
• 3 c plain flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix sugar and oil together
2. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition
3. Combine flour baking soda and salt
4. Blend into sugar mixture one cup at a time
5. Stir in apples and vanilla Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour
