Ingredients

• 3 c diced apples
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp nutmeg
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 c oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c raisins
• 1 c nuts
