Fresh Berry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 12 c sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c unsalted margarine softened
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 13 c milk
- 1 12 c blueberries
- 13 c sugar
- 14 c flour
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp butter softened
Directions
- Sift 1 12 cups flour baking powder and salt into bowl Cream 12 cup margarine and 1 cup sugar in mixer bowl until smooth
- Add eggs 1 at a time mixing well after each addition Add vanilla and sour cream mix well
- Add flour mixture alternately with milk mixing well after each addition and beginning and ending with flour mixture
- Spoon half the batter into greased 9-inch baking pan
- Top with blueberries then remaining batter
- Combine remaining 13 cup sugar 14 cup flour and cinnamon in small bowl mix well
- Cut in butter until crumbly
- Sprinkle over batter
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes
- Serve warm
