- 4 eggs
- 1 12 c grated raw carrots
- 23 c chopped walnuts
- 2 12 c sifted flour
- 4 12 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp mace
- 12 tsp salt
- 13 c hot water
- date filling or jam
