Fresh Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg butter cake mix
- 1 c Wesson oil
- 2 c sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 c water
- 3 pkg frozen coconut
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix together cake mix oil 1 cup sour cream eggs and water Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 325 to 350 until done Prepare frosting mix together 1 cup sour cream coconut and powdered sugar
- Spread between layers and on top of cake
- Store covered in refrigerator
