Fresh Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg butter cake mix
  • 1 c Wesson oil
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c water
  • 3 pkg frozen coconut
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix together cake mix oil 1 cup sour cream eggs and water Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 325 to 350 until done Prepare frosting mix together 1 cup sour cream coconut and powdered sugar
  2. Spread between layers and on top of cake
  3. Store covered in refrigerator
