Fresh Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 6 fresh white ears of corn
- 4 Tbsp fat back drippings
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 qt whole milk
- 2 c water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut corn off cob Add corn water and meat drippings bring to boil Mix flour and evaporated milk Pour slowly into boiling mixture stirring constantly Slowly add milk continue stirring as soup cooks to desired thickness
