Fresh Fruit SaladLow-Fat - Special Diet

Ingredients

  • 12 lb medium shell noodles
  • 18 oz carton nonfat plain yogurt
  • 14 c frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 5 oz can pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 large orange sectioned
  • 1 c red grapes halved
  • 1 c green grapes halved
  • 1 large apple chopped
  • 1 medium banana sliced

Directions

  1. Prepare shell noodles according to package directions
  2. Rinse well with cold water and drain
  3. In small bowl blend yogurt and orange juice concentrate
  4. In large bowl combine shell noodles and remaining ingredients
  5. Add yogurt mixture and toss to coat Cover and chill thoroughly
  6. Yields 10 cups
