Fresh Fruit SaladLow-Fat - Special Diet

Ingredients
- 12 lb medium shell noodles
- 18 oz carton nonfat plain yogurt
- 14 c frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 5 oz can pineapple chunks drained
- 1 large orange sectioned
- 1 c red grapes halved
- 1 c green grapes halved
- 1 large apple chopped
- 1 medium banana sliced
Directions
- Prepare shell noodles according to package directions
- Rinse well with cold water and drain
- In small bowl blend yogurt and orange juice concentrate
- In large bowl combine shell noodles and remaining ingredients
- Add yogurt mixture and toss to coat Cover and chill thoroughly
- Yields 10 cups
