Fresh Gooseberry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c fresh gooseberries
- 1 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour heaping
- 1 small container whipping cream
- pastry for 1-crust pie
Directions
- Mix together sugar flour and whipping cream
- Combine with gooseberries
- Pour into prepared crust and bake until crust is brown and filling set
