Fresh Herbed Vermicelli

Ingredients
- 1 6 or 7 oz pkg vermicelli noodles
- 13 c unsalted butter
- 12 c chopped green onions
- 12 c chopped fresh parsley
- 34 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp coarsely ground pepper
Directions
- Cook vermicelli according to directions
- Drain well
- Set aside
- In same saucepan melt butter
- Stir in remaining ingredients and vermicelli
- Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until heated through 3 to 5 minutes
- Serve with green salad
- Great summer lunch
- Serves 6
