Fresh Mint Jelly

Ingredients
- 1 c fresh mint leaves and stems firmly packed
- 3 12 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 12 c cider vinegar
- 1 3 oz pouch liquid fruit pectin
- 4 to 5 drops green food color
Directions
- Wash mint leaving stems intact
- Crush or coarsely chop Place in a large saucepan
- Add sugar water and vinegar
- Over high heat bring to a full rolling boil stirring until sugar dissolves
