Fresh Peach Cake

Ingredients

  • 13 c vegy oil
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 12 c mashed peaches
  • 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Combine oil and sugar beating well Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
  2. Combine flour soda salt and cinnamon
  3. Mix well
  4. Gradually add to creamed mixture mixing until blended
  5. Stir in peaches and pecans
  6. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan
  7. Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes Serve with whipped cream
