Fresh Peach Cake
Ingredients
- 13 c vegy oil
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 12 c mashed peaches
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Combine oil and sugar beating well Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
- Combine flour soda salt and cinnamon
- Mix well
- Gradually add to creamed mixture mixing until blended
- Stir in peaches and pecans
- Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan
- Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes Serve with whipped cream
