Fresh Peach Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 14 c margarine
- 12 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 14 tsp vanilla
- 1 c flour
- 34 c wheat flour can use white flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 c fresh peaches chopped
Directions
- Combine ingredients adding peaches last
- Mix just until blended
- Spoon into lined muffin cups
- Bake at 450 for 20 minutes
- Makes 12 muffins
