Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch pie crust cooked
• 3 to 4 medium peaches mashed
• 34 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 c water
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• pinch of salt
• 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Mix the sugar lemon juice water and cornstarch together then cook over medium heat until thick
2. Add pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons butter cool
3. Slice 4 medium peaches and arrange in baked pie shell
4. Add filling top with whipped cream
