Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust unbaked
• 1 scant c sugar
• 12 c flour
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 7 fresh peaches
• nutmeg

Directions

1. Mix the sugar flour and butter to make streusel mixture Sprinkle 4 tablespoons streusel mixture in bottom of pie crust Peel and cut peaches in half
2. Place round side up in pan Sprinkle remainder of streusel on top sprinkle with nutmeg
3. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned
