Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust cooked
- 3 to 4 medium peaches mashed
- 34 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 c water
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Mix the sugar lemon juice water and cornstarch together then cook over medium heat until thick
- Add pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons butter cool
- Slice 4 medium peaches and arrange in baked pie shell
- Add filling top with whipped cream
