- 1 12 c oil
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 c self-rising flour
- 3 c peaches diced
- 1 c pecans chopped
- 1 c coconut
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 Mix all ingredients in order listed Pour into lightly floured Bundt pan Bake 1 hour Remove from oven to rack Cool completely
