Fresh Pear Cake

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 1 12 c vegetable oil
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 c coarsely chopped pears
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 14 c confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
Directions
- Beat eggs on medium speed in large mixing bowl
- Gradually add sugar and oil
- Beat thoroughly
- Combine flour salt cinnamon and baking soda
- Add to egg mixture and mix well
- Stir in pears and vanilla
- The batter will be stiff Spoon into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan
- Bake at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes or until cake tests done
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes
