Fresh Pear Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1 12 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp cloves
- 3 eggs
- 1 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c chopped or grated pears
- 1 c nuts
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients Add eggs salt and vanilla Mix well Add pears and nuts Pour into sprayed Bundt pan Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done
