Fresh Salad Freeze
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 small can crushed pineapple well drained
- 2 Tbsp chopped maraschino cherries
- 34 c sugar
- 2 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 can mandarin oranges
Directions
- Mash bananas with fork blend in remaining ingredients
- Stir well pour into molds
- Freeze until firm
