Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cooked pie shells
• 4 pt fresh strawberries
• 1 3 oz box strawberry jello
• 1 12 c sugar
• 2 c water
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 5 Tbsp cornstarch
• whipped cream

Directions

1. Wash strawberries pick and drain
2. Place in pie shells Combine sugar jello cornstarch and water cook over medium heat until thickened wont be real thick
3. Add margarine
4. Spoon mixture over strawberries
5. Chill
6. Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip if you prefer
7. Makes 2 pies
