Ingredients
- 6 large fresh tomatoes peeled seeded and chopped or 2 12 lb
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 12 c olive oil
- 14 to 12 c fresh basil chopped fine
- 34 to 1 lb angel hair pasta

- Prepare the first 2 ingredients place together in bowl Cover and refrigerate overnight
