Fresh Tomato Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 12 c oil
- 2 c finely chopped tomatoes
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Beat well
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
- When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar
