Fresh Vegetable Bake
Ingredients
- 12 head cabbage cored and shredded
- 3 carrots thinly sliced
- 34 c sliced celery
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 12 medium cauliflower flowerets
- 12 green pepper thin sliced
- 2 zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 large potato peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomato wedges
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Combine veggies and spoon into 4-quart casserole
- In small saucepan combine broth and herbs
- Pour over vegetables
- Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350
