Fresh Vegetable Pita
Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon
- 34 c chopped carrots
- 14 c cucumbers
- 14 c onion
- 14 c celery
- 14 c green pepper
- 14 c fresh parsley
- sliced tomatoes
Directions
- Put all vegetables except tomatoes in food processor Process
- until
- fairly
- fine Drain well on paper towels
- Mix with cream cheese and lemon
- Add some mayo for proper consistency Take
- 12 pita and put in a couple of tomato slices and fill with
- some
- of the vegetable spread A slice of cheese is also good in this pita sandwich
