Fresh Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkg refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 c fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 c chopped tomatoes
- 1 c small broccoli florets
- 12 c chopped green peppers
- 12 c chopped green onions
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Separate dough into 4 long rectangles Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan
- Press over and 1-inch up sides to form crust
- Seal perforations
- Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool
